In March 2008, 2009 and 2010 Walter Robinson participated in the annual Fight for the Cure (www.fightforthecure.ca) which combines top-flight amateur matches with celebrity "white collar" bouts to raise funds for the ORCF - Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation (www.ottawacancer.ca).
